Privacy policy
This site has no accounts, sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no third-party requests. The one thing it does collect is what you type into the contact form or the feedback tab — nothing else. What follows is the short, accurate version rather than a template.

Who is responsible
The controller for any personal data processed here is OPERATOR NAME, ADDRESS, contactable at EMAIL. See the imprint.
What the site collects
Nothing through the pages themselves. There is no sign-up, no contact form, no comment system, no newsletter, no advertising and no tracking script of any kind. Pages are static files.
Server access logs
The web server records a line per request, as web servers do: IP address, timestamp, the path requested, HTTP status, referrer and user-agent string. These exist to keep the service running and to investigate abuse. They are not combined with anything else, not used to profile visitors, and not shared. Retention: RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 14 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and securing the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Data stored in your own browser
The garage — your shortlist, tracked cars and inspection checkboxes — is written to your browser's local storage under the key aw-garage. It never leaves your device: there is no account and no server to sync to. Clearing your browser storage deletes it, and the garage page has a button to clear it and one to export it as JSON. Because this data is never transmitted, it is not processed by the operator at all.
Contact and feedback submissions
If you use the contact form or the feedback tab, what you type is sent to this site's own server and stored in a database on it. That is the message itself and, where you provide them, your name, email address and the page you were on. Your email is used only to reply to that message; it is not added to any list, and there is no list. The submission is not shared with anyone and is not used for anything other than answering you and fixing what you reported.
The server records the IP address a submission came from, purely to rate-limit spam, and it is discarded once it has served that purpose. If you want a submission deleted, ask via the same form and reference roughly when you sent it.
Third parties
None at page-load time. Fonts, images, manufacturer marks, scripts and styles are all served from this domain — no font CDN, no image host, no embedded video, no social widgets. Outbound links to Wikimedia Commons appear in photo credits; following one is a request to Wikimedia, governed by their privacy policy, and only happens if you click.
Hosting is provided by HOSTING PROVIDER, who processes the access logs described above on the operator's behalf.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data concerning you, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In practice the only personal data held here is an access-log line; to ask about it, write to EMAIL with the approximate date and time of your visit.
Changes
If the site ever gains analytics, a contact form or an account system, this page will be updated before that feature ships, not after.
